As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 75+ employees, overseeing daily operations, and implementing a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees
• Assist with scheduling and assessments
• Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
• Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
• Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
• Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
• Maintain safety and food quality standards
