Job Description
As a Behavioral Health Consultant/Licensed Therapist, you will provide mental health and substance use evaluations, create treatment plans, and conduct brief intervention sessions with patients. You will also work with family members and refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Requirements
- Master's level degree in psychology or related field
- LCAC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or HSPP licensure and ability to practice in Indiana
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
