Job Description
Behavioral Health Consultant/Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC) is responsible for providing counseling services to patients, assessing mental health and substance use disorders, and creating treatment plans. The role requires a Master's degree in psychology or a related field, licensure, and experience in crisis work.
Requirements
- Master's level degree in psychology or related field
- LCAC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or HSPP licensure and ability to practice in Indiana
- 2 years of work experience related to crisis work
- CPI, BLS, and First Aid certifications
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
- Minimum age of 21 years old
