Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Japanese Customer Success Management team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, promoting adoption, improving satisfaction, and maintaining contracts for Box's top customers and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management in the IT industry.
- Ability to collaborate closely with customers and improve satisfaction and trust in Box.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple customers.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to answer customer questions.
