Box is seeking a Team Director, Customer Success and Renewals to lead both customer success and renewal (contract renewal) in an integrated manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or sales leadership in the SaaS or cloud industry, with a strong focus on customer retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales leadership in the SaaS or cloud industry (10+ years recommended)
- People management experience (5+ years), especially management-level experience is a plus
- Negotiation skills for complex deals and high business acumen
- Ability to formulate and execute strategies based on data analysis
- Excellent communication skills (business communication skills in both Japanese and English are a plus)
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, take proactive actions, and make strategic decisions with a high-level perspective
- Customer-centric thinking with a focus on customer success
