Partner Solutions Engineer

Box is the leader in Intelligent Content Management, and we're looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to help us expand our reach through the partner ecosystem. This role will involve working directly with channel partners to design solutions, evangelize the platform, and build technical capability within the partner community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Partner Technical Enablement within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong understanding of working within highly regulated industries
• Experience working with or within a channel, VAR, or system integrator ecosystem
• Strong technical depth across AI, Business Process, Content Management, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance strategic enablement initiatives with tactical deal support responsibilities
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching, scaling knowledge, and building technical communities
• Creative when solving a customer's business problem
