Partner Solutions Engineer

Box is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work directly with channel partners to design solutions, evangelize the platform, and build technical capability within the partner community. The role requires 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Partner Technical Enablement within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Requirements

• Research, explore and identify customer business problems
• Joint Solutioning: Collaborate with partner technical teams to design architectures and demos tailored to end-customer needs
• Solution Evangelism: Act as a trusted technical advocate for the Box platform within the partner community
• Ecosystem Development: Help identify and develop new technical use cases and solution accelerators
• Partner Enablement: Deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to help partners understand the platform
• Co-Selling Support: Participate in partner-led customer engagements supporting discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts
• Partner Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights
