Recruiting Operations Analyst

Box is seeking a Recruiting Operations Analyst to join its team in Chicago, IL. The analyst will own the recruiting data infrastructure, serve as a power user and admin across the tech stack, and partner closely with the Ops team to drive enablement and ROI across every tool used. The role will also involve experimenting with AI-assisted workflows and building tools that help the recruiting team operate more efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Recruiting Operations, Talent Analytics, People Operations, or a similar data-focused role
• Strong analytical instincts
• Hands-on experience with recruiting or HR systems (Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with reporting tools and data visualization
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation
• Strong collaborator and communicator
