We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture team at UnitedMasters. The role will focus on analytics and metrics, tools and systems, optimizing hiring processes, improving candidate experience at scale, and driving operational efficiency across the recruiting function.
