Job Description
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Box, you will have the opportunity to drive the company's platform forward by identifying customer business problems and crafting solutions. You will work with the account team to define and expand revenue opportunities, and ensure the solution is ready for cross-company deployments. You will also act as a liaison between Sales and Product, sharing customer feedback with the Product Management, Operations, and Engineering functions at Box.
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, languages, and modern architectures (REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, Javascript etc.) is a plus
- Experience working with low code no code automation such as Nintex, Zaphier, Workado, n8n
