Job Description
Box is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in New York City. The role involves researching and identifying customer business problems, owning the technical win in accounts, and leading demos to articulate the value of Box's solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, and be AI-curious and technically fluent.
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms
- AI-curious and technically fluent — comfortable discussing LLMs, embeddings, automation, and context and prompt engineering concepts with both technical and business audiences
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate business value
- Displays follow through, stamina and effort in every step of the sales cycle
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, languages, and modern architectures (REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, Javascript etc.) is a plus
- Experience working with low code no code automation such as Nintex, Zaphier, Workado, n8n
