Job Description
Customer Service Representative role at Gerber Collision & Glass involves providing exceptional customer experience, managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies, and providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.
Requirements
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair
- Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation
- Prepare RO work packet
- Record communication with customers or insurance partners
- Confirm car rental information
- Manage ARMS system
