The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, as well as supporting employee training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and social media platforms for recruitment
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional certification (such as PHR, SHRM-CP,) is a plus
