Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented care representative to provide effortless customer experiences, build sustainable relationships, and troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns. The customer service agent will handle customer voice and email interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven call center or customer service experience
- Advanced English (B2 level or above)
- Full time availability to work On-site
- Strong soft skills and communication skills
- Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
