Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via calls, emails or chats. This position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven call center or customer service experience
- Advanced English (B2 level or above)
- Strong soft skills and communication skills
- Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software
