Requirements
- A Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care (ideal but not essential)
- Valid training in Manual Handling, First Aid, Epilepsy, and Safeguarding Adults (highly desirable)
- Experience of working with learning disabilities in day or residential services
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, uses initiative, and takes responsibility
