Support Worker

Support Worker to work with male adults with learning and physical disabilities in a Day Centre in South East London. Support aspects of personal care, build trusty bonds, encourage independence, and participate in activities.

Requirements

• Must hold an enhanced Adult workforce DBS certificate
• A Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (ideal)
• Training in Safeguarding Adults, First Aid, Administration of Medicine, and Manual Handling
• Previous experience in working with vulnerable adults
