Support Worker

Support Worker needed to work with adults with learning and physical disabilities in a Day Centre in South East London. Responsibilities include personal care, building trust, encouraging independence, and participating in activities.

Requirements

• Enhanced Adult workforce DBS certificate
• A Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (ideal)
• Training in Safeguarding Adults, First Aid, Administration of Medicine, and Manual Handling
• Previous experience in working with vulnerable adults
• Good written and verbal communication
