Director, Global Sales Operations

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS and/or Martech industry, and expertise in Salesforce and Gong. The role requires a strategic mindset, ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations, and influence C-suite stakeholders. Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a leadership role partnering with global, distributed teams, preferably in SaaS and/or Martech industry
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and Gong, additional software is a plus: Marketo, Clay, Demandbase, Looker and Staircase
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS/subscription models, budgeting, and complex financial modeling for revenue forecasting
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a technical field, Master's degree (MBA) is often preferred for director-level roles
