Job Description
Brandermill Woods Homecare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Homecare Director to lead and grow our home care services. This leadership role is responsible for directing daily operations, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional client and caregiver experiences.
Requirements
- At least one year of direct healthcare service experience and one year of recent supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related program
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4–10 years of relevant business or healthcare experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Knowledge of the senior care or homecare industry preferred
