Associate Director, Internal Communications

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. The Associate Director, Internal Communications will develop, lead, and implement internal communications strategies to foster strong organization-wide clarity and culture as Braven scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in communications, preferably in education, government, or nonprofit sector
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and influencing skills
• Ability to create and execute project plans with attention to detail and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with presentation building skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Motivation and ability to work across lines of difference
