Associate Director, Internal Communications

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. We are hiring an Associate Director, Internal Communications to develop, lead, and implement internal communications strategies that foster strong organization-wide clarity and culture as Braven scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for communications experience in the education, government, or nonprofit sector
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to motivate teams through compelling messaging and robust campaigns
• Ability to align systems, programs and people with company strategy and culture
