Customer Experience Specialist

BRC is seeking two Customer Experience Specialists to join their team. The successful candidates will oversee the order lifecycle, develop communication with customers, and ensure order accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in customer service, office furniture, and/or furniture manufacturing
• PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed
• Manual dexterity and occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects
