Account Manager - Remote ($60k-$65k base / $72k OTE)

Account Manager role at a communication technology firm, providing virtual conferencing solutions to Fortune 500 clients and 2,200 clients worldwide. The role involves retaining and growing existing accounts, providing new solutions, and building trust with clients.

Requirements

• 2-3 Years experience in enterprise and mid-market account management
• Experience managing a $500k-$1M book of business
• Background in Service or Technology industries
• Ability to navigate complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled in multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, and phone calls/voice notes)
• Capable in HubSpot CRM
• Familiar with buying intent/lead list building tools (Apollo, Seamless, Lusha, AI, etc.)
• Experience booking qualified sales appointments via targeted phone calls (and able to coordinate group meetings)
