Senior Major Gifts Officer

Terrific Senior Major Gifts Officer position with an international development nonprofit, managing full fundraising life cycle for a portfolio of individual, corporate, and family foundation donors capable of giving 10,000+, including 6- and 7- figure multi-year gifts.

Requirements

• Prospect research
• Cultivation
• Solicitation
• Stewardship
• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 major donors and prospects
• Design and implement effective strategies to increase fundraising
• Establish deep, trustworthy personal connections with donors
• Collaborate with the CEO and/or Board
• Identify donors that have the capacity for increased levels of giving
• Leverage data to maximize fundraising initiatives
• Maintain donor records and fundraising activities in Salesforce
• Travel as needed
