Program Manager

This full-time Program Manager provides manages all aspects of assigned program operations, including leadership, supervision, and development to program staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, contract and documentation compliance, and effective coordination with community partners.

Requirements

• Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification
• Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) certification
• 1 year experience as a PSS/PWS
• State ORCHARDS BCU background check clearance
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle with active registration and liability insurance and acceptable driving record
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a behavioral health related setting
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human services-related field
