Minimum 1 year of continuous sobriety, active participation in a verifiable program of recovery, and ability to conduct directly observed urinalysis in a manner that upholds participant safety, dignity, privacy, and trauma-informed care

Must have 1 year of sobriety, active participation in a recovery program, and ability to conduct urinalysis screenings. Prior experience in behavioral health or transitional housing is preferred
Case Manager II Male
Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) certification, 1 year of case management experience, and a valid driver’s license are required
House Manager Male
1 year of experience supporting individuals with substance abuse, strong communication and trauma-informed engagement skills, ability to live onsite
Case Manager I Male
Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) certification, lived experience in mental health, addiction, or related challenges, and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Case Manager I Male
Peer Wellness Specialist certification, lived experience in mental health, addiction, or related challenges, and a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle
Resident Assistant ON CALL
Provide support and resources to participants, greet and direct residents, document interactions and incidents, and assist with conflict resolution and crisis response
Program Manager
Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification, Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) certification, Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a behavioral health related setting
Case Manager I
1 year of sobriety, peer wellness certification, state ORCHARDS BCU background check clearance, valid driver’s license, computer literacy, GED/High School Diploma, professional boundaries, communication, trauma-informed engagement, and conflict resolution skills
Case Manager I Male
