Bartender

The Bartender will provide hospitality and outstanding service to bar guests, managing beverage mixing, garnishing, and serving. This position involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to company policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role is also responsible for bar area maintenance and inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years’ bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
• Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol.
