Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages in a fine dining setting. Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine)
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and mannerisms
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol
