Experienced Expo/Food Runner-Fish Market Downtown

The Busser is responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. Secondary responsibilities include providing excellent guest service and maintaining the proper maintenance, stocking, and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player
• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
• Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.)
• Food Handler Certification
