The Busser is primarily responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guest, assisting servers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
- Must be able be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
