The Pantry is responsible for all aspects of kitchen preparation, including ingredient preparation, station maintenance, cleaning, sanitation, and food handling. They ensure efficient kitchen operations and adhere to strict food safety protocols. The role requires a team-oriented individual capable of maintaining a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months in a prep or cook position
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food handling standards
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Professional appearance and mannerisms
• Food Handler Certification
