Server

The Server is responsible for delivering hospitality and exceptional service to guests in a restaurant setting. This role includes maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, and processing payments. They also anticipate needs, answer questions about the menu, and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-months serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 30 lbs.).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
