Bright Horizons is seeking a Third in Charge to join their Palmers Green Nursery and Pre-school in North central London. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional care and education, promote child welfare, and ensure strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Confident decision maker with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
• Ability to develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents
• Ability to use various communication techniques with children and adults
