Third in Charge

Bright Horizons is looking for a Third in Charge to join their East Barnet nursery. As a leader, you will mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. The role involves promoting child welfare, health, and safety, and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and professionals.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Confident decision maker with experience providing support and leadership to others
