Job Description
Brightcore Energy seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end development of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proposal management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong writing and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in the construction or AEC industry
- Strong understanding of construction delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, Design-Bid-Build, etc.)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with InDesign is a plus
