Job Description
Cox Farms is seeking a Director of Business Process Architecture to lead the design and implementation of standard processes, governance, and sustainment of business operating models, ensuring operational excellence and resiliency across the organization.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting or operational excellence transformation leadership roles
- Direct experience in manufacturing, food/agriculture, or asset-intensive environments
- Strong process modeling and documentation discipline
- Experience in leading cross-functional process or operating model redesign efforts
- Demonstratable experience in applying change management principles in large-scale transformations
