40 Act Compliance Associate (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

As a Compliance Associate in Funds and Investments Compliance, you will assist with the administration of compliance programs for Brighthouse Financial’s registered mutual funds and their affiliated investment adviser. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance policies and procedures, supporting Code of Ethics program administration, performing due diligence on external money managers, and assisting with regulatory inquiries and examinations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of related experience in investment management and/or financial services industry
• Experience in compliance program administration
• Experience working with sub-advised mutual funds
