Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Brighton Jones is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to play a critical role in scaling and modernizing our Salesforce platform and the integrated applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud), with bachelor’s degree
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred or expected within the first year
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and functional solution design
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional business processes in a TPM capacity
• Hands‐on capability building LWC for targeted UI needs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations such as DocuSign, Skuid, Conga, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
