Job Description
Brightwell is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to scale up our cross-border payments business with financial institutions. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle of financial institutions and a proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to target financial institutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Represent Brightwell at industry events and conferences.
- Deliver agreed-upon new clients and contract renewals each year
- Exhibit patience with long sales cycles and continue to nurture the clients throughout this process.
