Temporary Resident Services Coordinator

Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California's most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. The Resident Services Coordinator will provide site-based support to enhance the residential experience for PSH clients residing at Brilliant Corner's Las Palmas development, about 70 percent of the time.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in supportive housing or a related field
• Experience conducting community assessments preferred
• Conflict management/resolution skills
• Planning/Organizing/Facilitating community groups, events or programs
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work with people with mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal and financial issues.
