Job Description
As a Jewelry Consultant at Brilliant Earth, you will provide an exceptional experience for every customer, guide them through the life of the sale, and meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You will work a full-time schedule with consistent weekly hours and two consecutive days off.
Requirements
- Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads
- Proactively greet and assist customers
- Conduct post-sale appointments
- Review customer feedback surveys
- Enforce policies within the waiting room
- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area
- Act as a brand advocate
