Associate Director, 340B Technical & Methodology Analytics

The Associate Director, 340B Technical & Methodology Analytics builds, maintains, and documents analytical methodologies, data models, and scripts that support 340B program compliance monitoring, financial impact analysis, and operational performance measurement.

Requirements

• Maintain and enhance 340B COE data infrastructure and workflows from internal and external data sources to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with enterprise data standards
• Develop and document data models, scripts, and methodologies as requirements evolve
• Partner with the Senior Director, Business Optimization & Analytics Lead and IT team to implement data integration, validation, and automation pipelines
• Conduct reconciliation and quality assurance across claims, eligibility, chargeback, and operational data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support regular data refreshes, recurring reports, and ad hoc analytical requests with properly validated datasets
• Contribute to the development of standardized analytical templates and modeling frameworks that strengthen the 340B COE’s analytical foundation
• Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering, transformation, and reporting while maintaining accuracy
