Job Description
The Associate Director, Enabling Functions Analytics is a senior technical leader responsible for scaling analytics capabilities across various corporate functions. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, drive operational efficiency, and elevate analytics maturity across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader across the full analytics stack
- Identify, design, and deploy GenAI-driven analytics solutions
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to enabling functions
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, decision-ready recommendations
- Advance analytics maturity through standardized frameworks, reusable assets, governance best practices, and alignment with enterprise data platform standards
- Lead, mentor, and influence across a highly matrixed organization
