The Director, International Policy Analytics will lead analytical assessments of ex U.S. pharmaceutical policy and pricing reforms, translating complex international policy developments into decision-ready insights that inform enterprise strategy, policy research evidence generation, and external policy engagement.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- 7â10+ years of experience in international health policy, pricing, reimbursement, HTA, or policy analytics
- Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical policy frameworks, including government pricing, reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and access policies
- Experience analyzing cross-market policy dynamics and understanding how international reforms impact global portfolio strategy
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, heterogeneous policy environments into clear, actionable insights
