Executive Director Human Resources, Cell Therapy Development & Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director Human Resources for its Cell Therapy Development and Operations (CTDO) businesses. The role is responsible for leading the HR discipline for an integrated end-to-end development and operations unit consisting of over 4,000 people globally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational businesses
• Extensive experience as an HR business partner with significant leadership skills and experience building and leading global diverse teams of HR professionals
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into credible people solutions
