Requirements
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international and dynamic environment, preferably from the field of a manufacturing company
- Very good understanding of modern HR work combined with fundamental knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law and experience in collaboration with representative bodies
- High consulting competence, conviction, and a sovereign presence on all hierarchy levels
- Analytical and conceptual strength to structure complex topics and solve-oriented to work
- Experience in change management and moderation of workshops and projects
- Proactive, resilient, and structured way of working â also in a dynamic environment with changing requirements
