Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer. The successful candidate will work within the Human Resources team to create materials for in-person, virtual, self-guided and instructor-led training to support the learning and development needs of the organization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, instructional design, or equivalent experience
• Experience creating and editing written communications in a business environment
• Ability to use design principles to create courses that are visually appealing and engaging
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
