Payroll Administrator

Broadstreet Properties is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process payroll, maintain payroll data, and handle tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with excellent customer service skills, professional, and discrete. They should have experience with payroll processing, employment standards legislation, and clerical accounting. They will work with competing priorities, maintain confidential information, and support the team.

Requirements

• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation from the National Payroll Institute or working towards designation
• Minimum two years' recent Canadian multiple-provincial payroll processing experience
• Advanced excel skills in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and support team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Demonstrated knowledge of clerical accounting
• Experience working in Dayforce software is an asset
