Brock University is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support fair, equitable, and strategic hiring for union and non-union positions. The successful candidate will provide full-cycle recruitment guidance while managing a high-volume workload across diverse roles.
Requirements
- A university degree in a related field, preferably with a concentration in human resources management
- Demonstrated experience supporting full cycle recruitment and knowledge of recruitment best practices and the human resource function
- Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, collective agreements, and customer service standards
- Organizational and time management skills are required to manage high workload volumes and prioritize workflow
- Excellent written communication, record keeping and documentation skills
